Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Advanced Diploma

Mindfulness to some is a new concept used to address emotional issues and manage long term mental conditions. However, it is in fact a state of mind and philosophy that has its origins in the Buddhist faith, and its practices can be applied to those of faith and without faith in equal measure.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It's most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression but can be useful for other mental and physical health problems.
Together, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy have been combined to create a new approach called Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MBCBT), an approach that combines well evidenced results, with a deeper philosophical model.
