Under this refund policy and under guidance of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days (cancellation period) from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. Kindly note that, this is subject to the course having not been redeemed. If you have redeemed the course and accessed the course materials, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If a course is booked or reserved and a valid request to cancel is received in writing within 14 days of your original order then you will be refunded subject to the below conditions:

All external exam vouchers must be used within 12 months of course purchase. Please refer to individual exams for validity as some of the exam vouchers are valid for 6 months only.

Although Blue Mountain Training strive to offer the best prices in every global online market, on occasion, as some courses are externally sourced, our prices may be above that of our suppliers. If you have purchased one of our courses and subsequently found it cheaper else ware, this reason alone, you will not be eligible for a refund.

All of the refunds are subject to the above and as mentioned above, if you have redeemed one of our courses, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Before you purchase an Blue Mountain Training course, it is your responsibility to ensure that the course is right for you. The Blue Mountain Training website displays all of the relevant information on all of the courses, also demos are available for some of the courses and kindly note by not having access to a demo will not give rights for cancellation.

The detailed course information is designed to reduce the risk of you making the wrong choice. Read the course description and technical requirements. Access the sample course (where available) to check that the course will run on your PC and that you are comfortable with the depth and style of the course.

As some of our courses are sourced by third party companies you will be required to respond to communication from them in order to gain access to the course(s) you have purchased.

Third parties have developed some of the courses supplied by Blue Mountain Training. Usually Blue Mountain Training can support any course access or user issues, however in the rare instances that we need to contact the third party developers on your behalf, please note; we may require up to 7 working days to gain a solution.

On the cancellation of a contract and acceptance of refund any sum paid by the consumer will be repaid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of cancellation. The full price paid for the goods / course (unless otherwise stated in communication with the individual case) will be refunded and this includes the cost of delivery of the goods / course to the consumer.

Refund or returns on physical goods

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue you with a refund, in accordance with the terms and conditions.
A full refund (excluding original delivery charge) will only be issued if the goods are returned within 14 working days of receipt. Your receipt will be required for proof of purchase and any refunds will be made by original payment method.

Delivery and Returns Guidelines

Proof of postage must be obtained – as without proof, no claim can be made for items lost or damaged in transit.
All returns should be accompanied by a proof of purchase, e.g. your packing slip or invoice, or a printout/handwritten details of your order if no packing note was enclosed. It is the your responsibility to make sure the item(s) arrive with us and safely and in a saleable state.
Customers must pay the cost of returning the item(s) to us. If any parcels are lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returned, it is the your responsibility to claim from the relevant courier company for their loss.

How long will it take to process my return

Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us and a further 14 days for any refund to appear in your account.

Faulty Item

In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please contact our and we will accept the return or exchange of the item.

Outside the U.K.

Please use the code RGR on any declaration form.

If returning an item bought from us online from outside the EU it is very important that the customs declaration form is clearly marked as ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’, also using the code RGR (Returned Goods Relief) on any customs declaration form. Should this procedure not be followed e-Careers will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.

e-Careers reserves the right to refuse any returned parcel that has attracted a customs charge.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
